Pre seed

This is earliest stage, when there is almost nothing but ideas and where the startup, most of the times, is not even formed.

Consultancy

We offer an approach very close to the CEO and his team in order to assess the risk and often the risk of turning into benefits for the company itself .

Business plans

This is the main tool for the startupper himself, and for investors as well, to evaluate the idea and its strengths and weaknesses, plusses and minuses, market growth and maturity of concept.

SEEDING

In this phase the capital investment happens in the start of production, when the company already exists, but the commercial potential of the product or service is still unknown

Seed funding is considered to be the first "real" round of equity financing for a startup. When the company already exists, but the "true" commercial potential of the product or service is yet inexpressed. We mentor the startup from idea / concept to the first round of investment.

A startup will be able to raise seed financing only if the metrics are credible and meaningful and thus traction can be shown. This is a process.

Creative Thinking Ventures only promotes a seed round of a startup if we have previously invested pre-seed in the same project. We decide based on merit, in the development of sales and customer base, and on metrics.

It is our aim to follow the startup from idea / concept to the first round of investment. To accelerate, initially, and support, subsequently, with our advisory services up to the IPO stage. This process is agreed upon with the team.
